A. Yes, you can return the reindeer to any Dunelm store for a full refund.
Q. What if I don’t have the receipt?
A. A full cash refund will be given in store.
Q. I am perfectly happy with my reindeer; does this mean it is safe?
A. The product has a potential safety issue which could cause an injury. We advise that you return your deer to your nearest Dunelm store.
Q. I have a similar reindeer from a different retailer, should I return it?
A. Reindeers bought from different retailers can look similar but may not be the same construction. They should not be returned to Dunelm.
Q. I don’t know if my reindeer has the number advised on the poster?
A. If the reindeer is from Dunelm and it looks like the one on the poster, please return it. Dunelm has only sold this type of Standing reindeer.
