Rated 2 out of 5 by from A "third best" pillow... lowering quality? I am pretty disappointed with this product. I thought I was buying a second item of same product I purchased a hear or so ago, but it is not as good. In spite of "plumping" or shaking very time I use, it the filling is clumping and not providing a consistent feel to the pilllow. It will revert to an "emergency" pillow for when I have lots of guests, instead of being a favourite I am proud to give them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 11 months on I found that the down-proof pillowcases Dunelm sell fitted these as they are a little more generous. However, found the pillows went out of shape and went lumpy so no so impressed as they haven't lasted very long at all. Oh, despite low inflation - see these and a number of Dunelm products have increased in price quite considerably. I guess they will blame Brexit !

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable.... I bought this pillow as I am a true front sleeper and suffer from cervical spondylosis thinking it would be perfect for me, and it was ... for 3 weeks and then it gave. Clumping stuffing on either side and nothing left in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep on without constant fluffing up during the night so i resigned it to the spare room. I think £12 per month is a lot to spend on a temporarily perfect pillow. Back to drawing board.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money, Not for Front Sleepers This is advertised as a soft pillow for front sleepers, it is not. It is however very hard and thick, I had to bin it during the first night and go back to my old pillow after waking up with a stiff neck/shoulder and pains in my lower back. Made the mistake of trying it again the next night only to have to same result, my neck and shoulder was still stiff 2 days later. This is not fit for purpose, do not buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fine till you wash it Sorry Dunelm, I love your products but this one is a failure. Was comfortable and fine till I washed it. Followed the instructions and ended up with a pillow full of lumps. Totally unusable and very disappointing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too big for pillowcases Although the packaging says this fits a standard pillowcase, it does not. You can cram it into a standard pillowcase if you don't mind your pillow being like a fat well stuffed sausage, but that's not comfortable to lie on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from save your money Had this over 12 months now. Performed exactly as a cheap Tesco pillow. Stuffing all out of place and out of shape

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy. Won't fit your pillowcases I bought these today. They are advertised as fitting your pillowcases but they absolutely do not. I have Dunelm pillow protectors and Dorma pillowcases and these pillows just end up being squashed like a big sausage. Ineffective and unattractive. Going to argue for a refund.
