Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a let-down! I have only used this item twice and it's the worst piece of kitchen equipment I've ever bought. It burns food because there is no thermostat, causing the kitchen to fill with the fatty burnt smell. The gully is an absolute nightmare to clean, the plates are NOT easy clean at all and are already badly marked. I thought that, as the Hairy Bikers gave it an endorsement that it would be good but they obviously never used it themselves. My machine is headed for the dump. Rubbish item, don't waste your money!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Exactly what I wanted, the ceramic coating is really easy to clean. It heats up quickly and cooks well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I bought this grill about 2 months ago as an alternative to the George Foreman which I have had before . I found the first 3 to 4 times were OK as far as cleaning was concerned but after that the top plate looked as though it had burnt and I could not remove the marks. The bottom plate has now done the same . The top plate also seems to be lose . The gully is a cleaning nightmare . You have to tip the machine up to remove any liquid . I will have to throw this away very soon as the plates just look dirty and burnt .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It has a few design faults! I bought this grill around about a month ago as my old 'George Foreman' died!. I chose this one because it's quite small and very light compared to the old one, which was both difficult to store due to it's size and difficult to manhandle due to it's weight. It is really easy to move and manhandle due to it's weight, however there are a few 'design faults' that are not so great. The plate inside are to far apart to make toasted sandwiches in, as they do not meet unless you use really chunky bread. The plates are curved and the food tends to slip to the sides, which makes cooking sausages awkward. It's not easy to clean because it has a lip running right round the inside which you cannot get the water out of unless you tip the whole thing up. Dangerous ! The old George grill although heavy was much, much easier to clean as it had the curved lip at the front that dripped everything into a tray, when i cleaned the plates, i used to position the front edge over the sink and then sluice warm water all over it which dripped straight into the sink. If it wasn't for the fact that it is just for occassional use i'd take it back for a refund !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks good, but nothing else. Bought this grill b cause it looked good, but looks are obviously nothing to go by, as I am very disappointed with its performance. It does not cook evenly and tends to burn the food if ur not careful also the top part of the grill stains as if it looks burnt, and you cannot remove this by cleaning, so very unhappy with this purchase.
