Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pure Butter Purchased this butter churner few weeks ago. So simple to use and easy to clean. Good to be able to make butter from simple ingredients and no added chemicals or preservatives, I only add small amount sea salt. Make sure cream is a room temperature so it will only take 10-15 minutes in the churner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some issues Great churn made butter. Unfortunately the handle bolts come apart. Washing after second use I lost bolt down plug hole. I'm trying to replace so can continue to use. Fixings could be more secure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great butter maker Have used this butter churner a few times. It is great!! Makes delicious butter and I've used the excess buttermilk for making scones and pancakes, also delicious. Will not be buying butter from shops anymore!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing The lid did not fit well and needed to be held whilst churning. Some of the screws worked loose and before the butter was finished the whole thing slipped sideways and the glass jar smashed on the floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I love this butter churner. Very easy to use and makes lovely butter. No waste as the butter milk can be used in the scone recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING !!!!!!! Absolutely in love with my Butter Churner. It is so easy to use. Pop in a carton of double cream, then turn the handle until the butter separates from the buttermilk, so simple. I used some of the buttermilk in pancakes and used the rest in some scones. Was delicious !!!! Home made scones with homemade butter on them. Heaven !!!!! Another thing you can do when making your own butter is add herbs etc. colourful and different tasting butter. One thing I would suggest always do is, sit your churner jar in hot water before you start, it speeds up the process quite a lot.
