Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful blinds Bought these a few weeks back, delighted with them. Great colour and texture, sit well, effective blackout, keeps the room warm. Nice weight - sit well but aren’t heavy to raise and lower. Really happy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Roman blind Bought a roman blind and it arrived with what looks like black milldue mold not really very happy as now i have to sort it out with returning it and then replacing it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty colour but poor design/fixings Strings aren't attached to bottom part of blind so doesn't open all the way - had to bodge with safety pins. Pull string gets tangled in blind and has venetian blind-type stop which makes it impossible to open/close. Delivery was 10 days not 3-5.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Look really god Used the click and collect service, disappointed with one as it had clearly been previously returned. Didn’t notice until it was already up. Bought 4 all together and they look great, just a shame they aren’t checked if returned!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Still not arrived Bought just after Xmas arrived damaged. Had to wait in all day for it to be collected. Told replacement would be with 3-5 working days latest 9/1 it’s thd 10/1 now and I’m now informed will arrive 12/1. Not very good service, hopefully when it does eventually arrive it’s not damaged again!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value. I bought this and quite easily installed it on the day I got it. It replaces an really decrepit old one and is only meant to be a stopgap until redesigning the bathroom. I think it may be there for some time.

I have read lots of questions & answers re cutting the blinds - I understand the general thought is it could be risky to cut. I would like to know about the fabric - is it the same fabric (material stuck to the plastic blackout lining) as the roller blinds? I was looking at the various grey blackout roller blinds too (herringbone finish & linen finish) as an alternative, but if the fabric makeup is the same I'll take my chances & cut the roman blind! Please advise!!
    Asked by: Mrs B
Hi, thanks for your question. The makeup is slightly different, as the Roman blind has a higher percentage of polyester. Thanks.

I have a 61cm width window with 100cm drop, but was thinking of getting the 138cm and not opening all the way. Does this blind operate in a way that can be stopped, so that it doesn't drop all the way down?

    Asked by: Petunia
Hi, thanks for your question. The blind can be locked in place when partially extended, or pulled all the way up. I hope this helps.

The draw strings are on the wrong side for the orientation of my children's bedroom. Can the draw strings be changed to the other side at all?

    Asked by: Carlitos
Hi Carlitos, the draw strings are only able to be placed on the right side this is due to the mechanical string being positioned here. Hope this helps

can these blinds be cut down to size or do they come in fixed sizes - failing that could you recommend blinds that do ?

    Asked by: victor
Hi Victor, thanks for your question. In theory, yes Roman blinds can be trimmed to size, however, due to the nature of the blind and the way it functions and the mechanisms inside, extreme care must be taken. It is not normally advisable to alter Roman blinds because of this. Also please note, that once cut, the blind cannot be returned. Roller Blinds however can be reduced in width and length and full instructions on how to do so are included in the pack. Kind regards

Hi there, Can this blind be fixed above the window recess onto the wall or does it have to be attached on either side? Thanks, Lauren

    Asked by: Lauren
Hi Lauren, thanks for your question. The brackets for the Roman Blinds allow for top, side or face fixing, so yes you will be able to attach this above the window recess. Kind regards
