Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fundamentally flawed Bought this to fit in a small space. Unfortunately the product has two fundamental flaws: 1) The wall fixing plate supplied is too small for the towel rail fitting. This means that when the small grommet screw is tightened it does not engage with the fixing plate. As a result the fitting falls off the fixing as soon as you touch it. 2) The rail itself does not stay level in the fitting and sags horribly if anything is placed on it. Can't really believe how a product this simple does not do what it is intended to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute rubbish Looks good but don't be fooled, poor design and materials. Very difficult to fit but achieved it, however impossible to get it level and stay in position because the whole thing depends on a single small grub screw to hold it in place. Once screwed together the structure of the arms with pathetic plastic grommets means that whatever you do it drops downwards under its own weight.... Forget putting even a tea towel on it. Not fit for purpose. I wasted an hour and a half on it and am left with a wall with two prefectly aligned holes that will not fit anything else. It's going back and I want compensation for my time, trouble and damaged wall. This should not be on sale.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product Once fixed to the wall I darent put a towel on it! The arm itself is not sturdy and wobbles on contact. Chucked in the bin and off to buy a better one

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst thing I ever bought This is possibly the worst thing I have ever bought. OK, it was cheap, but the fixings were wrong - the plugs too big for the screws and even using my own plugs and screws the grub screw which attaches the rail to the wall plate was too small so it was impossible to hang. I suspect if I had managed to mount it the turning moment of a wet towel would have wrenched the thing from the wall, given the single, inadequate fixing point. My own fault - I should have seen this coming.
