Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little lamp I bought this to match with other lamps, Moroccan lanterns and soft furnishings I brought back from Essouira in Morocco last year. I have to say it blends in perfectly and looks authentic, the pink and red coloured glass gives a nice glow When on. for £19.99 is a good buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely unique design Bought it as soon as I cast my eye on one! Wanted a morrocan style lantern for a while and this ticks all the boxes! Bought the matching light shade to go with the lamp. Matches my bedroom perfectly , with the pink/red theme X

Rated 2 out of 5 by from poor quality Bought this for ambient lighting in my conservatory. Looked very good and gave just the right atmosphere. However , the first lamp had electrical fault and kept blowing the bulbs.(Faulty cable). The second lamp the 'door' wouldn't close. Reluctantly asked for refund. However it is a very nice looking lamp! Product not up to usual Dunelm quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very cosy! I do love it, but half the glass is purple, not red as pictured. Super cosy light though and a handy switch on the cable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful I bought two of these from online because they looked really nice and cosy and the design looked amazing. I had to return one of them to store because it had a small fault (the door wouldn't close properly) and I exchanged it for another, it was hassle free and easy. The design is just as exquisite in person.. The windows are pink and purple but I wouldn't say these lanterns are girly, not in the slightest. They make a beautiful pattern on the ceiling when turned on. The light isn't as warm and cosy as I would like but that's probably because of the bulbs I bought separately. I would recommend them highly.

Does the lamp glow red when on? I would like to use as a bedside lamp and am afraid that it would be hard to read by. Thanks.

    Asked by: Anonymous
Hi, thanks for your question. The panels on the lamp do alter the light slightly, making it more red, which ay not be suitable for reading. If necessary the panels can also be removed to let the light shine out directly. I hope this helps, thanks.

can low energy bulbs be used with this lamp?

    Asked by: Anonymous
Hi, Thanks for the question. Yes low energy bulbs can be used, we suggest that you use a 10w energy saving candle or a 42w eco halogen. Hope this helps.
