Pack of 2 Passover Brackets is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strong but check before you buy I bought 2 packs for one long 4 metre curtain pole I have, so they had to be the strongest brackets I could get. They are very robust however when I opened them out the packet (sealed packet) the screws were chewed as if been used before and one of the brackets was Chrome instead of stainless steel so I had to go back and change one so check before you buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First visit to shop great experience The product is good and great you can as separate components. This was first visit to Dunelm, I was full of cold and feeling rough ... staff were fab and the pit-stop in the cafe hit the spot. Had done click and collect that did not work but staff quickly frond the goods from stock after we gave up on the paperwork

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good idea, not brilliant in practice used to support a bay window curtain pole but they hold the pole quite a way out from the wall and the C-shaped rings struggle to go over them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from simple and easy to use my first thoughts on this product was that it would be difficult to install going by the different parts of the bracket. however it was very easy. you need to unscrew part of the bracket(only slightly, i didnt removed it completely) move that part to the side then screw back in to hold it out the way. screw the main part to the wall (electric screwdriver handy to save time and arms getting sore) then the first part i moved i then moved back to original place and tightened again. job done in 5 mins!

Hi Are these brackets suitable to hang onto the ceiling instead of the wall. If they are not then can you recommend a suitable product that would be. Thank you

    Asked by: Shumsa
Hi Shumsa, thanks for your question. These are not designed for fitting to ceiling, due to the C-Rings they are used with. Our Baypole needs to be fixed to the wall to allow the Passover Brackets and C-Rings to work correctly. I hope this helps.

can you get brackets like these, that sit no further than 8cms from the wall?

    Asked by: colin
Hi, thanks for your question. I am sorry, but these are the only brackets of this type which we sell, and they stick out at least 10cm from the wall. Thanks.

Hi can you put eylet curtains on a bay window?

    Asked by: dick
Hi, thanks for your question. You can put eyelet curtains on the bay pole, but they will not be able to pass over the brackets. They would be suitable as dress curtains, but to be able to fully open and close the curtains you would need to use pencil pleat curtains with the C-shaped rings provided. Thanks.

PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PASSOVER BRACKETS AS I NEED TO CALCULATE IF I HAVE ENOUGH SPACE AS THE GAP BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND THE CEILING IS QUITE NARROW.

    Asked by: CLAIRE
Thanks for your question. The bracket is 70mm wide and can extend outwards from 128mm to 150mm.

Do you sell a ceiling fitting alternative as I have bought this for a bay window that doesn't have enough space to fit against the wall?

    Asked by: A
Thanks for your question. We do not sell any other passover brackets as the baypole cannot be fitted to the ceiling.

Can these brackets be fixed to ceiling, we have wooden battens fixed to ceiling with current bay window pole

    Asked by: Claude
Hi Claude, thanks for your question. We wouldn't advise attaching these to the ceiling as this will provide inadequate support for the rail in this position. I hope this helps.

Hello how does far the bracket sit from the wall please. I want to try and hang curtains beyond the window sill this is 8inches wide. Thanks

    Asked by: Florence
Hi, thanks for your question. The bracket sits 5" from the wall, and can be extended just over another inch. I hope this is suitable, thanks.

hi i have these passover brackets and passover rings on bay window, but find the curtain rings do not go over them smoothly. The curtain pole is very high as i have high ceilings. any tips Thanks

    Asked by: honeybee
Hi Honeybee, thanks for your question. The best advice would be to check that your passover rings include the silicone inner that helps them glide over the pole more easily and prevent scratching. If the pole is high, then the angle of the curtains being drawn across may effect the way the rings move over the pole also. I hope this helps.
