    Rated 1 out of 5 by from No2 “low stretch” poly. Bungee cord. Well, I have “ shreddies “ with less elastic stretch. On the third attempt, I tightened the cord like a guitar string, and still ended up with the pic hook on display. Tried doubling and trebling the cord.. pic hook still on display. Buy if you want a laugh at your friends attempts to hang pics.
