Overview

A perfect choice for a family home, the Boston Wool Border rug’s beautifully hand crafted design will draw attention to your stylish living space. Traditionally made in India, this rug is hand tufted in 100% wool that feels warm underfoot and can even improve sound insulation for a quieter and comfier room. As it is crafted from a natural fibre, some shedding is to be expected and is a sign that the rug is rich in natural wool.

A bedding in time of a few months will allow the Boston rug to properly settle in and can be managed with a weekly vacuum, ideally with a suction type attachment, to remove any loose fibres.

Don’t forget to buy our anti-slip mat here, available in a choice of sizes.

We recommend using a suction-type vacuum to ensure that rotating brushes won't damage the wool pile. In the case of an accidental spillage, blot with a clean and dry cloth. Due to the Woollen composition of our Boston Wool Border runner, a small amount of fibre loss is normal, but simply trim loose fibres with household scissors. Rotate regularly for an even wear. When you receive your runner, we recommend re-rolling with the shaggy pile facing outwards for 24 hours in a warm room. This will help your runner settle flat with ease. Our Boston Wool Border runners can also be used on heated floors to keep you extra toasty!

Please note: This runner contains Latex.

Please note: Young infants should not be left unsupervised on this runner.

Please note: Keep away from fire.
