    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought these poor quality sheets a week ago to replace previous items of the same description. I have bought these Dorma sateen sheets 4 times in the past and the new sheets are of a considerably lower standard. They were just as expensive as in the past (£74 in all I believe) but do not feel sateen, in fact they crinkle up so badly even ironing does not help much. Also, the edging of the sheets and matching oxford pillowcases is non-existent, just sewn round the edges to provide an "Oxford' look, rather than properly edged as in the past. I understood from the assistant that once they are out of the packet they cannot be returned which just tells me that the substandard quality is known by Dunelm and this tactic provides no recourse for customers. I am very unhappy with this purchase and will not buy anything from Dunelm again. I have had to record one star but would prefer to put none.
