Excellent value for money

Overall great service
Bought this from looking online only. The sofa looked like a great match for my newly designed living room. I’ve not bought a sofa online before without seeing it first so was a little amprehensive. The order was placed and I was swiftly notified of a pending delivery date. Following this farther notifications came through, enough to know when and what time I could expect delivery but not so much that I was bombarded by emails and texts. The guys delivered the sofa easily into my downstairs lounge and I excitedly took off the wrapping to unveil a soft, newly smelling sofa. The website had delivered on its promise of quality and swift delivery. Even the colour was spot on.
Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to buy online from dunelm again.

nice sofa and modern
I bought this 2 weeks ago and turned up within a week at 7am in the morning with no text to advise an hour before as told on phone.
turned up in good condition and quite happy. The sofa is good, however I am having to sew Velcro to the cushions as they slide off constantly and make the sofa look tacky which is a pain in the back end.
overall a great buy.
