If you're not 100% happy, the easiest way to return for free is to contact Eve customer service on 0800 808 5766 or drop them an email on hello@evesleep.co.uk. One of their agents will send you an email with a label to print out. Just attach it to the original box, and take it to a UPS drop off point. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
