How do I download the app?
The app is available on the Apple app or Google playstore to download. Search for Dunelm and it should appear as available for download.
Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
Yes and it’s free.
Do I need to create an account to use the app?
When you open the app, the app will ask you to either create an account or sign in. It is possible to skip this step and checkout as a guest. However, to unlock all our exclusive app features we advise you to create an account.
I already have an account on dunelm.com, can I use this on the app?
Yes, please use the same log in details when prompted by the app.
Can I save items to look at a later date?
Yes – you can favourite items to be looked at later if you are logged in to your account in the app.
