How to collect your order in store
Look for the signs to the Click & Collect collection point
Click on the check-in link in your email or text message
Enter your check-in code
Wait at the collection point – a colleague will bring your order to you

If your order includes an age restricted item, you’ll need to show photo ID
Bring a bag to carry your order home. If you forget, you can buy a bag at the till
Good to know
Because Dunelm sells 1,000s of products, there’s not enough space in store for everything. This means some items will be delivered to the store from our warehouse, which may take a little longer.
Products available in-store will be ready to collect, unpackaged, as soon as we can get them ready for you
Products delivered from our warehouse will be packaged and ready to collect from the next day in some locations
If your order is a mix of products available in store and from our warehouse, your order will be ready to collect once they’ve all arrived in store
Click & Collect FAQs
If the item is available in store, it should be ready to collect on the next day the order is placed. If the item is not available in store, it will arrive 1-5 days after the order is placed. You’ll receive a ‘ready to collect’ message from us when your order is ready to be collected. Please don’t go to collect your order until you’ve been told it's ready.
Yes, you will need to share the order confirmation or the ready to collect email/ text with them to verify the order.
Check your junk folder to see if you can find the email, if not you can bring photo ID that matches the payment name on the order.
You have up to 7 days to collect your order. After this time, the order will be expire and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days.
Some items are not eligible as the weight and size is too large or they are provided by one of our suppliers who ship directly to you.
Wait 7 days until the order expires and your refund will be processed automatically, this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you cannot collect your order within the collection window the order will expire, and you will have to repurchase online.
Return to any Dunelm store and a colleague at the till will assist you.

If your order is picked in store it will not be packaged but you can buy a bag at the till if you need one. If your order is sent from the warehouse, it will be packaged.
