Click & Collect

Click & Collect is FREE from all Dunelm stores with no minimum order value.

We're happy to say that all stores across the UK have fully reopened with full safety measures in place.

Our Click & Collect service is available if there's something you need quickly and we can have items ready in as little as 3 hours when important trips are needed. We will hold your orders for 7 days, which we hope will help you manage your trips better, and make it possible to incorporate your collection into your journey.

Please wait until you have received a ready to collect notification before heading to store. When you do come to collect your order, please help everyone stay safe by wearing a face mask, unless you are medically exempt. We have extended our returns policy to 10th May 2021 to return anything purchased in-store since 28th November 2020.

You can pop in to any of our stores to browse, or we still have contact-free Click & Collect and Home Delivery available if you don't feel comfortable coming into store. Home delivery orders for all regions across the UK are unaffected by the latest announcements so if you are looking to place an order or have already done so, you can rest assured that we're working hard to bring your delivery to you, contact-free, as quickly as possible.


Our amazing Facebook community groups is the place to be for the latest information on your local store. As well as the latest news, our colleagues can help with any questions you may have.


Gift cards are available to purchase from stores across the UK.

Please note, our gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases made at the tills once your local stores has reopened in line with Government advice, and only for items that can be taken home that day. This means they cannot be used for in-store purchases made on tablets with the help of our colleagues, as this is an online transaction.


For online purchases - If you purchased online, you can make an in-store return to any store across the UK, at one of our contact-free Click & Collect external points or via Hermes drop off or Home collection.

For in-store purchases - These can only be returned in-store. We have extended our returns policy to 10th May 2021 to return anything purchased in-store since 28th November 2020. Please note, furniture and large items are not eligible for store return.

For Click & Collect purchases - If you purchased via Click & Collect, you can make an in-store return to any store across the UK or at one of our contact-free Click & Collect external points.

For Made to Measure purchases - Each Made To Measure item is one of a kind and made just for you (and your window), so we can only accept returns if they're faulty, damaged, or they haven't been made to the correct specification (allowing for a 1cm tolerance). This goes for online and in-store purchases, so we encourage you to try samples and ask any questions before you buy to make sure you'll be happy with the results.

We hope it never happens, but if you do have a faulty, damaged or incorrectly made item, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team.


Click & Collect FAQs

All stores are now open, and you can head in-store to pick up your order or pick up from an external contact-free collection point outside.

Our deliver to car service is currently paused across the UK, we hope to bring this back to you soon.


For most of our stores your order will be ready in as little as 3 hours, however some out of area locations can take up to 5 days. If everything you're looking for is available locally, it could take just a few hours! Either way, we'll be able to give you a more accurate estimate on our product pages and the basket page.

You should receive your ready to collect email within 3 hours of placing your order. We are currently experiencing a high volume of click & collect orders, so please wait for your collection email before heading to store.


Yes, absolutely. If someone else is collecting your order, forward the ready to collect email or text to them and they’ll be able to use the barcode to collect the order. To keep your order safe, we won’t let anyone collect your order unless they have your ready to collect confirmation.


Please check your junk folder as sometimes emails can end up in there by mistake. If you still can’t see it, please ensure you bring some photo ID that matches the payment name on the order, and you’ll be able to collect your items with either of our contact-free collection services.


Not right now, but we’re working on making this a possibility in the future. If you realise you've forgotten something, you can always place another free Click & Collect order.


If you can’t collect your order straight away, don’t worry. You have up to 7 days to pick up Click & Collect items. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days we will issue a refund. 


If you find an item that doesn’t qualify for Click & Collect, it’s probably because it’s a bit big, heavy or funny shaped, or maybe it’s stored at one of our fantastic suppliers’ facilities. We’re looking into ways to bring our full range to you through Click & Collect, but for now you can rely on our Home Delivery teams to bring them right to your door.


You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 28 days after purchase*. We just ask that you provide your Click & Collect order confirmation as proof of purchase, and that the items are unused and in their original packaging.

If you've changed your mind and no longer wish to go ahead with the order, please allow your order to expire and your refund will be processed automatically after 7 days.
