My Click & Collect order is due to expire – what will happen to it?
If your order is due to expire on Monday 19th September, we’ll hold onto it for an extra day. You’ll be able to pick it up during our usual opening hours on Tuesday 20th September.
I have a query regarding my order and delivery, who should I contact?
You can use Track My Order for the latest information on your purchase. You'll just need your order number and email address to hand.
Our Live Chat option will be paused on Monday 19th September, but will be available on the surrounding days as follows: weekdays 8am-8:30pm, Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm, Sun 9am-4:30pm.

I have a furniture/large item delivery scheduled for Monday 19th September, what will happen to my delivery?
We will call you to rearrange your delivery for a new date and time that suits you. We apologise for any inconvenience.
