How to Measure for Perfect Fit Shutters

Select where your window handle is located, or choose ‘No handle’ if there isn’t one. Just so you know, the tilt rod will sit on the opposite side of any handle.
Tilt control side
The tilt control sits at the end of the slats (next to the frame) letting you open and close them smoothly for easy control of light and privacy. The tilt rod will be on the opposite side of the handle, if there is one.
Your window's frame depth (also known as 'bead depth') will determine the correct bracket size for your Perfect Fit Shutter. This is the distance from the face of the window frame to the glass. The brackets slide between the glass and the seal, and the frame clips securely into place. No drilling required.
Tip: Place a credit card across the window corner and measure from the glass to the card for an easy depth check.

Only suitable for uPVC windows. Our Perfect Fit Shutters are not suitable for aluminium or wood windows.
For any glass size over a 200cm drop, a mid rail will be added for extra support.
If over 150cm in height, 2 extra side support brackets will be included. Additional brackets can be purchased separately, simply search Perfect Fit Shutter Bracket on Dunelm.com.
