Pass it on

We’re making it easier to do something useful with your unwanted home bits, whether it’s a tablecloth you never use, a vase you no longer like, or a bed frame you’re replacing.

Help reduce waste by dropping off clean home textiles at our stores*. Your contributions will be re-used, donated, or recycled into something new.
*Not available in Bracknell, Camarthen, Crawley, Feltham, Jersey, Kidderminster, Llanelli, Loughborough, Scarborough, Westfield and Yeovil.
What do we accept?
We accept all home textiles, clothing, shoes and accessories. Just remember, we can only accept clean, bagged textiles, but it's fine if they're ripped or torn.
How does it work?
1. Wrap or bag your pre-loved textiles.
2. Drop them off at a participating store.
3. They’ll be sorted by what can be re-used or recycled.
What happens next?
All contributions will be rehomed or recycled, after a thorough inspection process. Our aim is to keep products in use for as long as possible, so we’ll only recycle textiles when they’ve reached the end of their useful life.
Textiles that are ready to be recycled are combined with other post-consumer sources and repurposed into new items as part of our Conscious Choice Remade collection. These products are made from at least 40% pre-loved materials, which we think gives them an extra feel-good factor.
