The pan is also infused with diamond crystals to offer literally rock hard protection to its surface, meaning it’s safe to use with metal utensils and won’t scratch. It’s also been hard anodised for reinforcement to make the surface super strong and durable. The ceramic coating is silky smooth and extremely non-stick, meaning you don’t need to use as much oil or butter when cooking, and you won’t need to soak or scrub it afterwards to remove any burnt-on food stuck to the surface. That means healthier cooking and easier cleaning, and if that wasn’t enough, the removable pan and glass lid are both dishwasher safe, which makes for an even easier clean-up.
