    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed I am very happy with the twist hooks but was disappointed that Dunelm was not able to send them by the express delivery method which I requested and paid for. I placed the order seeing that the firm offered a speedy delivery because I needed the hooks urgently. As it was, the order took a week to arrive. When I phoned to enquire why the delivery was taking so long the customer service person I spoke to was very apologetic and offered to refund the postage but, had I been informed right away that there would be that length of a delay, I would have placed an order elsewhere.
