Contains neodecanoic acid, cobalt salt, 2-Propenoic acid, 2-methyl-, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl ester, polymer with butyl 2-propenoate, compd. with polyethylene glycol hydrogen maleate C9-11-alkyl ethers and maleic anhydride.
