It can look like a lot, but its only loose surface fibres working their way out, which is a natural part of wool’s settling process. Over time, the fibres will tighten, leaving you with a strong, long-lasting, and beautiful rug and any odour will dissipate quickly.

• Rotate regularly for even wear.
• Trim loose fibres with scissors – never pull.
