    Is this a bottomsheet with valance attached? or a valance only.

    Hello. This divan trim goes over the base of a divan and not over the top of a mattress. You would need a separate sheet for a mattress. This item is not elasticated and fits snug over the top of the divan and hangs down at the sides. Thanks for your question.

    i am trying to find a valance for the base of a metal framed bed that has a metal end as well ,, would i be able to cut his to fit or do you do the type of valance i need
