They work above a console table in the hallway, centred over a sofa, or propped behind a dining table to make the room feel larger than it is. Frames range from clean and minimal to ornate gold and black styles, depending on how much of a statement you want to make. For something grander, an overmantle mirror above a fireplace is a classic eyecatcher that makes the room feel lighter and bigger.
