Overview
Part of the Home Made range of products, this cloche is made from specially crafted stoneware. This cloche is designed to replicate the domed roof of traditional brick bread ovens. This cloche is simple to use, and it creates a depth of crust and crisp bake. Bread dough sits inside the cloche for the second prove, when ready pop in the oven to bake. The specially crafted dome land traps steam and maintains even baking temperature.
