This Venus Shell printed roller blind design is part of our Natural History Museum collection. The roller blind features a tonal print of the mollusc venus casina in varying shades of seafoam. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, the added moisture and mildew resistant finish makes this roller blind perfect for kitchens and bathrooms. Please note: The width stated is for the fabric only, please allow an extra 3.2cm for the brackets and mechanism. Always check specific fitting instructions and check measurements for your blind once purchased before cutting to size.

Natural History Museum x Dunelm

Extraordinary treasures can be found along the British coastline. A truly special environment, the shoreline is simply brimming with life both above and below the waves, but with the tide washing twice daily over the shore, it can be an unforgiving place to live. The creatures that reside here must adapt to an ever-changing environment - some have evolved hard outer shells to protect themselves, others such as starfish have developed hundreds of ‘tube feet’ to grip on tightly. From out of reach coastal cliffs and rocky islets teeming with seabirds to the rich and diverse underwater kelp forests that support a variety of marine species, there is incredible wildlife wherever you turn. Through our collection with the Natural History Museum, we want to celebrate the diversity of the UK’s incredible shorelines and highlight some of the threats impacting them and the species that reside there from rising ocean temperatures to acidity levels.
